What are the steps to order ?

• Place your cap needs/ enquiry or your cap order requirements (by email or phone)
• Liase with our Swimming Specialists Customer Representative as required via email or telephone
• On order acceptance cap artwork will be sent for your approval
• You will confirm artwork and order or specify any additional requirements.
• Upon Artwork and order confirmation 50% deposit is required, with balance required when your caps are ready for dispatch.
• Delivery of caps to nominated address mostly within 21 days

• Min units for Silicone and Latex caps is 50 per print and colour cap BUT we can do special orders so plase ask us!
• Polyester Caps - Min units per print 100 though you are able to mix sizes ie 30 x xsmall 40 x small 30 x small

What is the most popular swim caps?

Printed Silicone Caps (52gsm) are the most used cap by teams: including schools, clubs, colleges, representative teams, special events and exclusive teams. Our Silicone caps are constructed so that the cap provides a swimmer with comfort as well as being the most durable cap team available.

Printed Deluxe Latex cap 30gsm are the less expensive alternative and are used in most cases for one off or annual sporting events by Sport Marketing Companies, Organisations, and schools. Eg: Ironman and Triathlon events, Ocean Swims, Corporate events, Learn to Swim welcome packs, School carnivals etc

Printed Polyester Caps are Non-Pull and absolutely the best cap option for learn to swim operations. Our Polyester caps are chlorine resistant and the longest lasting of all cap fabrics. Our ULP polyester has the longest life of any swim cap product on the market. This cap is available in three different sizes to provide the best fit from babies to toddlers alike.

Prices are standard for up to three colour logo printing! In many cases swim schools see this as a way to promote and market their swim school as well as creating revenue, with an outstanding quality product.

What is the best format for your graphics?

We prefer placement print artwork. That is artwork on a cap silhouette showing size and location, however we can assist should you require. Illustrator format is best but any of the following is also acceptable jpeg, pdf, png or SVG. At no extra cost the swimming specialists team can assist you with the cap design on a silhouette.
