Used for core exercises in the pool or on dryland. Can be used in conjunction with the Core Stabilization Upper Body Kit.

It is available in all 10 resistance levels, (one resistance level per kit)

Consists of 2, 3-foot modular tubes, 2 combo mounts and 2 ankle straps.  The M2016L is available in ten resistance levels.
