Used for core exercises in the pool or on dryland. Can be used in conjunction with the Core Stabilization Lower Body Kit.

It is available in all 10 resistance levels, (one resistance level per kit)

Consists of 2, 3-foot modular tubes, 2 combo mounts and 2 modular handles.  The M2016U is available in ten resistance levels.
